Below are the 15 Steps to $200k/yr as a freelancer, broken into their 4 phases. These steps are arranged in a specific order to allow you to grow as efficiently as possible, and minimize wasted time, money, and runway along the way.

NB: The “Validate” stage of the process is divided into “early validation” and “final validation,” separated by action steps for refining your offer & planning your sales process. The reason for this is to minimize wasted time and runway. By validating that you can generate interest in solving a valuable problem BEFORE mapping out too much detail on how you’d solve it & how you’ll sell it, you can avoid sinking months of your life into refining an offer nobody actually wants to buy.
